[K-POP] Co.Ed : Face Plagiarism Accusations With “Bbiribbom Bbaeribbom”

Not too long after Co-Ed released their new song Bbiribbom Bbaeribbom did talk about plagiarism come up among Internet users.

They pointed out that the chorus to the song sounds quite familiar to Lady Gaga’s song “Telephone”, saying that both songs have a progress in the chorus and that the pronunciation is similar in both songs.

This isn’t the first time talk about plagiarism arose about the group as their debut song, Too Late, was claimed to be similar sounding to Britney Spear’s “If You Seek Amy”. Such claims could be quite damaging to an artist’s career, whether it be true or not.

Co-Ed recently released their music videos for Bbiribbom Bbaeribbom and Loving You A Thousand Times and will be making their comeback starting on Mnet M!Countdown on the 21st.
