With the upcoming November drama “Mary Stayed Out All Night,” (written by In Eunah, directed by Hong Seokgu and Kim Yeonggyun) the focus is on the fashion sense of Geunseok’s character and keeping the “true” bohemian style.
With the other released stills and posters, the character’s freedom of expression, fashion, were shown on the streets of Hongdae, fitting the venue well.
Jang’s layered plaid look with the long cardigan and was matched with black skinnies. Necklaces, bracelets, rings, and other accessories were the highlight of the concept. Another key point is the soft wave hair the character sports. While this may seem like a lot of items, the bohemian style is captured perfectly.
Jang’s chief stylist, Lee Minhyung said “The character is not tied to a liberal fashion sytle, and I wanted to show the spirit of the character. Unlike some of my previous work, if you were to sum up the feeling of ‘Mary Stayed Out All Night,’ it would be that pure bohemian and grunge look.”
Jang has his own distinctive style and is known to keep up with the trends well. Specifically his airport fashion, it’s easy to see in the photograph that he has mastered his own style of fashion.
Because the drama “Mary Stayed Out All Night” the fashion trends seem to be paying attention to Jang’s sense of style.
Jang’s agency say they have “fully immersed him in scripts and musical works, and he always give it 100%. His dedication is amazing. Weight control, vocal, music, everything this ‘pure/true’ style is becoming, “he said.
ACC Korea and KBS Media’s co-publisher admired him as well; “Jang’s definitely at the top of his gmae, and so far everything has been going smoothly for the drama. His commitment to his work is fantastic.”
“Mary Stayed Out All Night” will be the follow up to the KBS drama “Sungkyunkwan Scandal,” and is a romantic comedy that will please all age groups. The first broadcast on November 8.
